We cut slots in the door near the hinge side, installed tempered glass, and inlayed stainless steel over the glass. We also inlayed some small decorative stainless pieces next to the door handles to cover the old door handle locations. We saved them a substantial amount of money on the front door project and were able to keep the doors out of the landfill. Sweet!
